Sola Air is the new airline putting Värmland on the map with direct flights from Karlstad to both Stockholm Arlanda and Copenhagen Kastrup. With the launch in spring 2025, we offer smooth and time-saving travel for both business and leisure travelers. About the role:

As a first officer at Sola Air, you are an important part of our flight crew. You work closely with the captain and crew to ensure a safe, punctual, and warm premium service.

We are looking for someone who:

• Prioritizes safety and quality in every decision you make.
• Is a confident communicator with a natural sense of service and flexibility.
• Has an empathetic and customer-focused approach.
• Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to handle stress and adapt to new situations.
• Is a team player who strives to achieve common goals with your team.
• Is ready to have Karlstad as your base.

Qualifications:

• EASA Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with a minimum of 500 hours total flight time.
• Valid SAAB 340 rating is advantageous.
• EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate and ICAO English level 4 or higher.
• Right to work within EU/EEA.
• Fluent in English and preferably Värmlandic or another Scandinavian language.
